Call for Submissions: Educators & Researchers, Showcase Your Academic Open Source Project 📣 #152280
-
Are you a teacher, professor, teaching assistant or researcher working and maintaining an open-source project within an academic institution (Universities/High Schools/Colleges)? We’re excited to announce an opportunity to spotlight your work and share it with our community as well as highlight it during Maintainer Month 2025! We’re seeking open-source projects led by educators and researchers that showcase the creativity and meaningful impact emerging from academic institutions. Selected projects and their maintainers will be featured through interviews, blog posts, and live-streamed panels—offering a platform to showcase your work, discuss your journey, and connect with the wider open-source community. Why Your Participation Matters
Who Should Apply? We welcome submissions from teachers, professors, teaching assistants and researchers affiliated with academic institutions who are actively involved in maintaining an open-source project—whether it's a solo effort or part of a larger team. How to ApplySubmit your project using submission form by 31st March 2025. Include a description of your project, its involvement with your classroom, students or academia, challenges you face to maintain it, and why you’d like to be featured. Let’s come together to celebrate the incredible work happening in academic open source and support our open source maintainers! Got questions? Reach out to us here in the comments! Did you know?We have a private repository exclusively for GitHub verified educators and academic professionals where you can connect with peers, dive deeper into academic and industry specific discussions, share challenges, and collaborate on ideas. As a verified educator you should have received an invitation in your emails upon successful verification - if not post a comment and we'll be happy to re-send the invitation! 📨 |

Do you have a flat list of all the questions I can view, please? The form has 8 pages. I would prefer to see the questions all in one list so I can take them away and work on prepared responses with my team, and not work within Google Forms which we are doing that preparation stage. Thanks. |
