I got this message when trying to log in from my account to use the SourceTree. From the information I have been able to get on the internet, it seems that I can't fix this problem without support. What did I do wrong that my account was flagged this way? How can i contact support team?

I tried contacting them on the support.github.com page but couldn't get a sms for some reason. Is there any other way?
