Cannot contact support

Hi all,

I'm new to GitHub and my account has been flagged. I can see from other discussions that I should contact support about this, and when I try they ask me to supply a mobile number so they can verify me via SMS. I have tried this but no SMS arrived (over 24 hours), and when I try again it gives me the message 'You've reached your request limit, please try again later.' I cannot contact support because of this, but cannot do anything without contacting support, so I'm going in circles and can't see any other way to fix this. If anyone has any advice that would be great thanks,

ps. I am in Norway and for some reason I cannot select Norway for the country code when I enter my mobile number, it redirects me to Bouvet Island, and uinhabited island which is a dependency of Norway and has the same country code which is a little odd!
