New and Flagged for 3 Months

I've been banned/flagged off GitHub for nearly 3 months now.

I am a relatively new GitHub user and started committing daily just recently (just quick saves before). When editing a README for a repository and saving too quickly, GitHub flagged me, and I cannot commit or make changes anymore. only manually add files/code to repositories.

My support request has been up for 3 months (September - December)
Any help?
