We should be uploading the reports as artifacts so we can finally nail down why the migration tests keep failing for PRs with AssertionErrors on lines that don't have any assertions.

Other details

It might be as simple as using the upload-artifact GHA but I'm not familiar with how we're running tests.
Also, it'd probably be smart if we didn't keep all the success reports for long periods of time. The failed reports should ideally be accessible for a while (for a definition of "a while"). Maybe only upload failed reports?

I'll try to look into doing this myself if I can find some time in the next few days.
