Description

Fixing all links https://developer.mozilla.org/docs/Web/CSS/ with https://developer.mozilla.org/docs/Web/CSS/Reference/Selectors/ to reduce flaws detected in {{CSSInfo}}, and avoid future flaws.

Motivation

The path to At-rules as changed in automn 2025 and this was not repercuted on mdn/data; causing the flaws detection to create alerts randomly.
This was detected in {{CSSInfo}} using @font-face https://tristantheb.github.io/history-content/?path=%40font-face
image

You can see all flaws with caugner tool here: https://caugner.github.io/mdn-flawless/#templ=cssinfo
A large part of reports is from a redirect causer by the old path in cssinfo.

This PR is part of 4, splited by categories At-rules / Properties / Selectors and Values (Functions, Types)
