Notion has release two different MCP servers. This one & the one they publicly host. Both are completely different, with different tool schemas and bugs. This one doesn't seem to be getting updates and has blockers like not being able to insert into databases. On the flip side the one in the cloud doesn't have a proper set of tools that end up making the LLM send many more queries to accomplish the same task. ex. "list the databases" just works with this one & will send the hosted Notion MCP into an epic round of queries because it's search tool schema isn't setup to accept these kind of queries.

Please consolidate into one MCP server code base in both so that you can fix the bugs and get one working version.
