Current behaviour

1. Scroll to the end of a long note in the Markdown editor.
2. Switch to the Rich Text Editor.
3. Observe that the note has scrolled back to the top.

Expected behaviour

The Rich Text Editor scroll should either:

• Roughly match the note viewer's scroll.
• Be restored to the last editor scroll before changing editors.
