problem accessing via AWS ec2 instance

I've installed langflow via docker compose few times in various environments without issues. However, I'm trying it now on an amazon ec2 instance and while it appears to come up and run fine, I can't hit it from my browser: http://ipaddress:7860/flows fails to load. Any ideas where to start looking? I did confirm that port 7860 was open.
