Hi there,
please excuse this message, I realise that it may be construed the wrong way, but I am honestly trying to understand the best way to resolve an issue, whilst respecting all the contributors to this project. (In order to do this I have logged in as a different user, which is not what I'd like to do, but I don't know of any other way to resolve the situation.)
I recently responded to an issue that was automatically (as far as I could tell - by the "bot") marked as stale and tagged as "wontfix". My message asked that someone consider solving the issue as I find it annoying. I don't think I was impatient or rude, but perhaps my message was perceived as such. Immediately my account was blocked, and I can find no way of responding to this to a) apologise if my message breached the code of conduct and b) request my account be unblocked.
I do appreciate all the time and effort that goes into a project like this, and am certainly not expecting preferential treatment or pressurise developers. I'd just like to understand if the issue I reported is not going to be fixed because it isn't deemed important enough, or for some other reason.
