Summary

• Close the outstanding decisions called out in docs/shell-state-provider-design.md:113-116 so the design can exit draft.

Tasks

• Confirm target event history length with Presentation Shell Lead and update MAX_EVENT_HISTORY defaults (docs/shell-state-provider-design.md:113).
• Partner with Runtime Core Owner on exposing future persistence payloads via the provider contract (docs/shell-state-provider-design.md:114).
• Decide on a debug toggle exposure strategy for window.IDLE_WORKER_BRIDGE with DX Owner (docs/shell-state-provider-design.md:115-116).
• Update the design doc with resolved answers and status.

Acceptance Criteria

• All open questions in Section 13 are marked resolved with recorded decisions.
• Design document status updated to reflect consensus.
