Proposed Change

We plan to release a new CAP version next month. After the general availability of .NET 10, we intend to drop support for .NET 6 and transition to supporting .NET 10 instead. The goal of this change is to reduce the maintenance burden as much as possible while taking full advantage of any new features that may benefit performance or developer experience. To reflect this change in target support and align with the .NET release cycle, we will upgrade the major version to V10, hoping to make the transition smoother.
