How does Autoware's architecture technically comply with China's 'Automotive Data Security Management Regulations'—particularly regarding in-vehicle processing requirements, geofencing algorithms for sensitive areas, and data anonymization pipelines?

We haven't gone through the regulations you mentioned so we cannot guarantee that default Autoware complies with the regulation. Usually, it's the user's responsibility to customize Autoware to whatever the regulation that they want to follow.
There are some tools like https://github.com/autowarefoundation/autoware_rosbag2_anonymizer to do data anonymization, which might help you adopt to those regulations.
