This is a fantastic project. I'd like to know if it's possible to set up some default configuration files to configure startup parameters. For example, how can I set the display time to milliseconds, or how can I limit reading to specific units to save performance?

I checked the readme, and the screenshots show milliseconds, but I can't figure out how to set it to display in milliseconds. I can also use journalctl -o short-iso-precise, and it displays milliseconds normally.
