  1. Release 4.2.0: update RTSDK, drop EXE build and bundled keystore

    - Upgrade EMA (RTSDK) from 3.7.2.0 to 3.10.1.0 via a rtsdk.version
property and remove the explicit ETA dependency, which EMA already
      pulls in transitively
    - Raise the Java target from 8 to 11
    - Remove the launch4j plugin, so SpeedGuide.exe is no longer built;
the distribution is now the executable JAR only
    - Remove the hard-coded keystore.jks / "Welcome1" defaults. The
keystore file and password are now optional and applied to the EMA
config only when supplied; otherwise the JVM default cacerts is used
    - Load SpeedGuide.VER_CODE from the pom <version> through a
      Maven-filtered app.properties instead of a hard-coded string
    - Update the README (build section, change log) and the splash images
    - Add AGENTS.md

  2. Add GitHub Actions workflow to build the project

Runs mvn clean package with Java 11 on push, pull request and manual dispatch, and uploads SpeedGuide.jar and the distribution zip as artifacts.

  1. Use external JavaFX SDK and update packaging and docs

JavaFX is no longer bundled in SpeedGuide.jar. Users run the jar with
an external JavaFX SDK on the module path, and developers can build
against the JavaFX version they download.

    Build and packaging:
    - Set the JavaFX dependencies to provided scope so they are not shaded
      into SpeedGuide.jar
    - Remove the unused lib/ Class-Path settings from the jar manifest
    - Stop packaging SpeedGuide.exe and keystore.jks in the distribution zip
    - Remove the unused src/main/distribution/keystore.jks
    - Ignore any root-level javafx-sdk-* folder in .gitignore
    - Remove the GitHub Actions build workflow

    Application:
    - Update the --h help text to show the --module-path launch command
and java -jar examples instead of SpeedGuide.exe
    - Describe --keyStore and --keyStorePasswd as optional, with the
default Java cacerts keystore used when they are not given

    Documentation:
    - Add a project tree showing where to extract the JavaFX SDK
    - Explain how to set rtsdk.version and javafx.version in pom.xml, and
that javafx.version must match the downloaded JavaFX SDK
    - Document Java 11 as the compile baseline
    - Add Maven version override examples for Bash and PowerShell,
      including the PowerShell quoting requirement
    - Replace SpeedGuide.exe examples with java --module-path commands
    - Rewrite the distribution README.txt for the jar-only package
    - Fix the --user option name in a README example
