Upgrade to gRPC v1.57.0

They removed the fields that were kept for backwards compatibility.

Update to grpc v1.55.0

Use URL instead of deprecated Scheme/Authority/Path fields.

Update to grpc v1.44.0

Note that they made some incompatible changes (which is fair, because
they marked the API as experimental).
