New plugin for Future Composer & TFMX music

Hi everyone!

While preparing version 2 of libfc14audiodecoder, I've had a first look at creating also an input plugin for DeaDBeeF.

With it, DeaDBeeF gains the ability to play back Hippel/TFMX files and Future Composer files from the Commodore AMIGA era of chiptune music.

The plugin now can also play music in Chris Hülsbeck's TFMX format.
