Simple locale Keyboard to QWERTY converter

Hello, sometime we need to copy paste some text from local azerty (for example) to remote console that is with keyboard QWERTY.
It could be grate to have a converter, for the moment i use this one online https://html-et-caetera.com/azertyfy

For example, i input this azerty input "a la carte" and it convert to it's equivalent remote qwerty output to "q lq cqrte"
