He has over seventeen years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, having been involved in dozens of
transactions, primarily in the IT and telecommunications sectors.

These, along with education, retail, and agriculture, are Sandberg’s core investment areas.

Michal holds degrees in Business Management and Law from leading Slovak universities.
