[#GuerreElec] Nous avons eu le plaisir d’accueillir la semaine dernière sur notre site de Gennevilliers une délégation de l’École de guerre pour une matinée d’échanges consacrée à la #GuerredansleChampÉlectromagnétique (GCEM) et à ses implications opérationnelles. Cette visite a permis de partager une vision des nouveaux paradigmes liés à la conflictualité moderne, marquée par la contestation du spectre électromagnétique, l’accélération des cycles décisionnels et l’importance croissante de l’information dans la conduite des opérations. Les discussions ont notamment porté sur : • La domination du spectre électromagnétique comme condition de la liberté d’action opérationnelle • L’intégration de la guerre électronique dans l’ensemble des manœuvres interarmées • Les évolutions des réseaux tactiques vers davantage de résilience, d’agilité et d’hybridation entre solutions militaires et civiles • L’importance de la connectivité et du partage de données pour accélérer la prise de décision • Les solutions de guerre électronique appliquées aux communications, pour détecter, comprendre et agir dans des environnements contestés • L’adaptation des capacités à un contexte d’économie de guerre, combinant performance, massification et rapidité de déploiement.
