We’re Hiring: QA Engineer Intern (Manual & Automation) AI-powered Testing SaaS | Remote | Ukrainians only We’re two founders with 15+ years of hands-on experience in test automation, building a next-generation AI-powered SaaS platform that analyzes test suites, generates test cases, and integrates QA workflows with tools like GitLab, GitHub, Jira, and TestRail. We’re looking for a motivated and proactive QA Engineer Intern who wants real-world experience in manual and automated testing while working closely with the founders in an early-stage startup. About the role Part-time, remote (2–3 hours per day) Ideal for students or beginners starting a QA career Work directly with founders and test real production features Learn how AI agents are changing software testing Join a product that is actively evolving, not a training sandbox Important: This is an unpaid internship at the current stage. Once we secure funding or stable revenue, top-performing interns will be transitioned into paid roles. Tech stack Backend: Python (FastAPI) Frontend: Next.js, TypeScript AI & ML: LLM-based test analysis and test generation Integrations: GitLab, GitHub, Jira, TestRail APIs Testing: Playwright, API testing, CI/CD pipelines What you’ll do Perform manual testing of our SaaS platform (Web UI and APIs) Create and maintain test cases, report bugs, and validate fixes Test API endpoints and third-party integrations Learn TypeScript and Playwright automation under mentorship Understand how AI analyzes test coverage and quality Gain exposure to Agile workflows, CI/CD, and startup release cycles Proactively identify gaps, edge cases, usability issues, and risks in a system under active development Suggest improvements to product behavior, UX, and QA processes What we offer Direct mentorship from senior QA engineers with 15+ years of experience Hands-on experience with an AI-powered SaaS product Fully remote work with a flexible schedule Strong reference letter Clear path to a paid QA Automation role once the company is funded Requirements Candidate must be Ukrainian Basic understanding of software testing fundamentals (test cases, bug reports, regression) Proactive mindset with the ability to question assumptions, identify weaknesses, and propose improvements Strong willingness to learn test automation and AI-driven QA English level: intermediate or higher Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment Nice to have: Basic knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript Familiarity with Playwright, Cypress, or API testing tools such as Postman Interest in startups, SaaS, or AI technologies Duration 2–3 months (extension possible) How to apply Send a DM to company profile or comment below with: A short introduction about yourself Why this opportunity interests you Your current experience with testing and/or automation if any #QA #QAAutomation #Internship #Startup #AITesting #RemoteWork #SoftwareTesting #Playwright #TypeScript
