A trilogy of rare scents created by Francis Kurkdjian as an annual rendez-vous between nature and art in numbered editions. Le Muguet, opens the ball of this exceptional new rendez-vous. At Dior, lily-of-the-valley is more than just a flower. It is a passion, an icon, a lucky charm that Christian Dior would stitch into the seams of his garments. Francis Kurkdjian unveils his modern tribute to Dior’s most iconic flower, blending historic codes with his contemporary vision. “Orchestrated around absolutes of Centifolia rose from Grasse and jasmine, this lily-of-the-valley reflects how I have perceived the flower, how Christian Dior himself undoubtedly experienced its scent as it bloomed in May at La Colle Noire.” For Le Muguet, the famous Parisian embroiderer Vermont has put its haute couture spin on the floral cap. Each bell-shaped flower is made using boulage and hand embroidery techniques, while the leaves are delicately pleated with masterful savoir-faire. This month, we had the pleasure of welcoming 45 ESSEC LVMH Chair students to our headquarters to share insights into the world of Product Development & Brand Management. The seminar was hosted by our HR team, along with Fragrance Marketing Director Kevin Séchaud and Marketing Group Managers, who shared their unique stories behind the creative processes of our iconic products. We thank the passionate and engaging students from the ESSEC LVMH Chair for the brilliant exchanges on various topics, from product development to early career choices. Last month, the International Makeup Retail Education team partnered with the North America Retail Development team to host the largest Makeup Artist seminar in New York City—a city where dreams come to life. This seminar gathered the top National Makeup Artists in the United States for an immersive experience dedicated to excellence. It was an incredible opportunity to refine technical expertise, introduce new training on Makeup Services, explore makeup trends, and collaboratively build a strategic action plan to ensure Dior Makeup continues to lead the way in artistry and innovation. Every day, this creative Makeup team embodies the spirit of Dior in-store, delivering outstanding service with passion and excellence to our clients.
