Today, 100% of Joko’s push copywriting is generated with AI 🤖 At Joko, we run a strong content factory team that delivers very high volumes of newsletters and pushes every day to help our users discover the best shopping deals 🤑 Which also means… a lot of copywriting. And great copy takes time. Endless iterations. Tone adjustments. Alignment across teams. And maintaining consistency across dozens of touch points. So we asked ourselves: could AI help us scale this without losing our voice? Here’s how we approached it. First, we defined our brand voice internally through workshops and built clear tone-of-voice guidelines. The founders and Marketing team challenged every rule until it truly reflected how Joko should sound. Then we trained multiple AI agents (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) on these guidelines. Not just by uploading a document, but through constant iteration: testing prompts, reviewing outputs, refining instructions, and feeding it back with examples of good and bad performance. Today, AI generates all our push copies. It helps us accelerate production and maintain consistency, but every piece of content still goes through human review. The goal isn’t to replace creativity. It's to save time and reduce costs while scaling great writing. Our biggest learning: AI doesn’t define our brand voice. Our team does. AI just helps us scale it. We’re curious to learn from you: how are you using AI to scale your content production? 👀

🚀 New talent alert at Joko: meet Ghita, Mélodie & Yosr We keep growing, and today we're excited to welcome three new rockstars on board! Let's meet them 👇 Ghita Chiboub — Operations Manager Our Care team in Paris just got reinforced. Ghita is here to drive operational excellence and elevate customer satisfaction. Born and raised in Morocco, she studied at EDHEC and built her experience at Papernest and Nova Consulting. If you need a bootcamp buddy, a festival recommendation, or someone with strong opinions on where to eat, she's your person. 🎸 Mélodie Bouisson — Head of Care Operations Mélodie also joins the Care team in Paris, with a mission to improve and scale everything that makes our customer experience outstanding. She started in strategic consulting, then spent nearly five years at Stuart leading projects and operations. Born in the south of France, she still misses the sun on a daily basis. Catch her hiking, doing yoga, or asking you for your best recipe. 👩🍳 Yosr Mhiri — Lead Product Manager Meet Yosr. She's joining the Product team from Marseille to lead the vision, strategy, and development of Joko AI. Her background is the kind that makes you do a double take: engineering at Centrale-Supélec, three years in data & AI consulting at Artefact, a detour to launch her own backpack brand for digital nomads, then five years as cofounder and CPO of yzr, building AI products for e-commerce. She runs on lattés, psychological thrillers, and a genuine obsession with GenAI. ☕️ Welcome to the team, Ghita, Mélodie & Yosr! We are so lucky to have you. 💚 #NewJoiners #Hiring #Culture

#Soldes #Retail #Insights

Most companies have a backlog full of good ideas waiting for engineering bandwidth. At Joko, we decided to fix that with AI. If you work in tech, you've heard this a thousand times. You spot something in the product. Maybe a button that should say something different. A screen that would work better if you moved things around. A small tweak that could make a real difference for users. You flag it. It goes in the backlog. And then... you wait. At Joko, we decided to change that. We built a system we call "Anyone Can Ship." The concept: any team member can sit down with an AI assistant, describe the change they want in plain language, and actually build it themselves, right inside the Joko app. No coding skills needed. The AI writes the code. You just need to know what you want and why it's a good idea. Every change still goes through engineering review. The bar stays high. But the distance between "I have an idea" and "it's live in the app" just got radically shorter. A few weeks ago, one of our marketers shipped their first real feature this way. In production, used by real users. They'd never written a line of code. We think the companies that figure this out early will move faster than everyone else. Who else is rethinking how their team ships? #AI #ProductDevelopment

Just back from Phoenix 🇺🇸 Last week, Nicolas Salat-Baroux, Yasmine Kabbaj and Hajar NOUR EL ABIDINE attended Rakuten's flagship affiliate and retail marketing conference, and what a ride. Nearly 20 meetings in two days, presenting Joko's AI shopping assistant and building awareness for Joko in the US affiliate ecosystem. The conversations kept coming back to the same themes: how AI is reshaping the shopping experience, what brands actually need from affiliate partnerships, and where retail media is heading next. Exactly the kind of discussions we love having. A huge thanks to Amit Patel, Ceres Cueva, Elizabeth (Liz) Axelsen, Chris Schell, Rachel Irwin, and the entire Rakuten Advertising for putting together such a well-organized event. And to everyone we had the chance to connect with over those two days 💚 #RakutenOptimism #AffiliateMarketing #Retail

Full-remote doesn't mean working alone 🏡 At Joko, 32% of our teammates work remotely across France and Spain, far from our Paris and Barcelona hubs. And we want to make sure distance never becomes isolation. So we built a policy around it. Every full-remote employee gets a dedicated monthly travel budget to visit their hub and spend real time with colleagues. Because sometimes it’s also nice to tap someone on the shoulder with a question, grab lunch with your team, or get pulled into a spontaneous conversation in the open space ✨ We believe remote work and a tight-knit team aren't opposites. You just have to be intentional about it. By the way, we're hiring across both hubs, and yes, full-remote too. Check out our open roles in the comments below! 👇 #Remote #Culture

#Retail #Ecommerce #Insights

6,000,000 users on Joko 🫣 Sounds so huge we tried to put words on it. 6 million macarons stacked up? Twice the distance from Earth to space. 6 million baguettes laid end to end? One full loop around mainland France. But really, 6 million is Paris, Marseille, Lyon, Toulouse, Nice, Nantes, Strasbourg, Montpellier, Bordeaux, Lille and Rennes, all combined. 🤯 That number is you. Every user who opened the app, earned cash back, caught a price drop, skipped the coupon hunt. And it's also our brand partners, who make it possible to bring the best deals to our users, every single day. And to thank you... Joko's getting even smarter. Stay tuned 👀 #Growth #Users #App
