📈 #Sales First-quarter 2025 sales and financial data: Good start for the Consumer Business, return to growth in China "Our first-quarter achievements are in line with our 2025 growth scenario. Market conditions are generally favorable and our momentum in the Consumer business continues, underpinned by successful innovations and a noteworthy return to growth in Asia, particularly in China. As anticipated, the Professional business remains affected by an unfavorable comparison base. The Operating Result from Activity for Q1 2025 amounts to €50 million. Its annual evolution reflects, as expected, the lower contribution from the Professional business this quarter compared to a very high Q1 2024, and negative one-off effects from highly volatile currencies. Additionally, as usual, we remind that the first quarter result is not representative of annual performance. These results were of course achieved in an uncertain environment, and we are fully committed to responding to economic volatility, particularly with regard to tariffs. The Group relies on an industrial and commercial footprint that is both global and diversified, long-standing partnerships with its distributors and the potential of its innovations in multiple geographies. 📈 #Ventes Ventes et informations financières du 1er trimestre 2025 : Bon démarrage de l’activité en Grand Public, retour de la croissance en Chine « Nous réalisons un premier trimestre en ligne avec notre scénario de croissance pour l’année 2025. Nos marchés affichent globalement une orientation favorable et notre dynamique en Grand Public se poursuit, tirée par le succès de nos innovations et par un retour notable de la croissance en Asie, en particulier en Chine. Comme anticipé, le segment Professionnel reste affecté par une base de comparaison défavorable. Le Résultat Opérationnel d’Activité du T1 2025 s’élève à 50 M€. Son évolution annuelle reflète, comme attendu, la moindre contribution de l’activité en Professionnel sur ce trimestre par rapport à un T1 2024 très élevé, et des effets négatifs ponctuels liés à des devises très volatiles. Par ailleurs, et comme habituellement, nous rappelons que le résultat du 1er trimestre n’est pas représentatif de la performance annuelle. Ces réalisations s’inscrivent bien sûr dans un environnement incertain, et nous sommes pleinement mobilisés pour faire face à la volatilité économique, notamment en lien avec les droits de douane.
