💬 🇬🇧 In Memory of Marcello Riva It is with deep sadness that we learned of the passing of Marcello Riva, Founder and Chairman of TECNOCRYO S.P.A. For more than 40 years, Marcello Riva was far more than a business partner to CRYOSTAR. He was a pioneer, a visionary, and a trusted figure with whom we built a long-standing and exceptional relationship. From the very beginning, Marcello chose to establish a close collaboration with CRYOSTAR. Together, we developed innovative solutions, overcame technical challenges, and shared many important milestones throughout the years. Over time, this collaboration grew into a relationship built on mutual trust, shared values, and a common commitment to excellence. Marcello Riva leaves behind a remarkable legacy through TECNOCRYO, but also through the strong human connections he created with passion, dedication, and generosity. Our thoughts are with his family, his loved ones, and all the TECNOCRYO teams during this difficult time. ⭐ Sharing expertise through hands-on training From April 27 to 29, Cryostar’s Training Center had the pleasure of welcoming customers from Air Liquide Romania for a dedicated hands-on training session on MRP and PPC pumps, held in our Repair Workshop. Throughout the three-day session, participants highlighted the quality of the training, the interactive approach, and the strong support provided by the trainer during the practical exercises. Beyond technical expertise, this session also reflects an essential aspect of customer training: effective knowledge transfer and hands-on learning are key to operational success. It was also a great opportunity for Jacques Schertzinger, who recently joined our Training Center, to combine field experience, technical expertise, and training skills in a customer-focused environment. It is often associated with procedures, equipment, and standards – and rightly so. But it also depends on the condition of the people who make it happen every day.
