The team were kept busy all night engaging with pupils from the ages of 13 to 18 (and their parents!). [#Slush] Last week was all about innovation! Slush is an annual event taking place in Helsinki fostering innovation. Airbus hosted the 'Airbus Kicksled' side event, reverse pitching different areas where innovation plays cruicial roles: Sensoring, AI and Cyber. Chief Technology Officer Nicolas L. pitched about the importance of innovation for cyber. A few take aways:  1. Fighting disinformation campaigns: To effectively combat disinformation, it's important to detect false information quickly and accurately. This involves correlating disinformation with cyber threats to understand the broader context. Once identified, a coordinated response is crucial to mitigate the spread and protect public discourse. Collaboration among stakeholders ensures a unified and effective approach. 2. Increase decentralized detection & response system: Decentralized edge computing enhances detection and response capabilities, making them more efficient, scalable, and adaptable to various environments. 3. Cybersecurity for AI & Data: The integration of cybersecurity and artificial intelligence (AI) is vital. Cybersecurity for AI (Cyber 4 AI) and AI for cybersecurity (AI4 Cyber) work together to enhance capabilities. Protecting AI systems during training and runtime ensures their integrity. Data-centric security measures safeguard the data that powers AI, providing comprehensive protection against cyber threats. [#ECW2025] At a time when digital threats continue to diversify and grow more sophisticated, cyber training is emerging as a strategic cornerstone for preparation, resilience, and adaptability for all actors involved in defense, security, and institutional domains. Airbus Defence and Space Cyber hosted a session focused on the fundamentals of operational cyber training and its challenges.    During this session, we presented:  🎤 A roundtable discussion on the sovereignty of cyber training introduced by François L., SVP Strategy at Airbus Defence and Space.
