CSN 2025 sparked important conversations around the cyber threat landscape and how organisations can stay one step ahead. Many of the themes discussed on stage reported in the Cyberwatch Finland review right after. The issues it highlights, evolving threats, operational pressure and the need for situational awareness, remain widely relevant. Reflections from Cyber Security Nordic 2025 - Thank You Cyber Security Nordic 2025 brought together more than 2,600 visitors and 75 exhibitors, once again confirming its position as one of the most significant cybersecurity events in the Nordic and Baltic regions. This year, two themes clearly stood out above the rest: artificial intelligence and geopolitics. The rapid advancement of AI was evident across the entire programme – from national security discussions to technical threat scenarios. Speakers highlighted not only the growing risks, such as prompt injections and deepfakes, but also the opportunities AI offers for defence, including faster vulnerability detection and more efficient threat-information sharing. Geopolitics stood firmly alongside AI. Talks addressed Russia’s and China’s hybrid operations, the risks of a fragmented global internet, and the increasing importance of cross-sector collaboration. In an environment where threats are becoming more complex, collaboration remains a decisive advantage. The event also reflected the broader digital climate: while many believe they behave responsibly online, the rapid development of AI continues to raise questions and concerns among citizens. A warm thank you to all attendees, speakers, and exhibitors. Your insights, contributions, and engagement make Cyber Security Nordic a unique meeting place where the cybersecurity community jointly works towards a safer digital future. Looking ahead, Cyber Security Nordic is set to continue its strong growth in 2026, when the event will expand into larger facilities to support an even broader programme and an increasing number of participants. Step into the next chapter with us. With warm regards, The Cyber Security Nordic event team #CyberSecurityNordic

A new artcile in CSN Blog by Snyk !📣 AI is speeding up software development – but security must keep up. Traditional “shift-left” approaches can’t match the pace of AI code assistants. If security checks happen after the code is generated, developers lose momentum, security gets bypassed, and vulnerabilities pile up fast. 👉 Read the full blog: https://lnkd.in/dNtrm9hc #CyberSecurityNordic #Cyber #AI #Snyk #SoftwareSecurity
