Here’s the thing about Victoria G., one of the leaders of our HR team… she’s a great example of what leadership in action can look like! And the proof is in the 🏆, just last week, she was recognized by South Florida Business & Wealth as one of their 2025 Excellence in HR award honorees. She may have a humble demeanor, but championing our people and shepherding applicants into helping create a more sustainable future is no small task. Congratulations on a hard-earned award! #recognition #hr #buildyouradventure

More charging options in locations that seamlessly fit in to everyday life — that’s what we’re about! 👏
Something I’m not doing enough: be out there at our Mercedes-Benz High-Power Charging sites, close to our product and to our consumers, listening to them and experiencing some of the challenges they feel (also at our chargers!) first-hand. I always return with a more grounded view on where we stand and where opportunities exist to improve, and a whole bunch of ideas on how to get there. Great to see at our new site in Gaffney, SC: a GMC Sierra EV pulling 370kW - charging 700 miles of range per hour!

From farm to fridge, fleet electrification in food & beverage isn't just about going electric - it's about keeping it cool. Literally. 🚛❄️ MN8's Michael Miller breaks down why powering this industry is a high-stakes game of logistics, reliability and cold chains - and why this challenge is particularly exciting. Check out the new Charging Up blog - and don't miss us at this year's #ACTExpo where we're diving into the future of F&B fleets with the pros leading the charge. #FleetElectrification #FoodAndBev #Sustainability
#FleetElectrification is never easy - but for the food and beverage industry, it's especially high stakes. Whether it's hauling fresh produce or ice-cold drinks, keeping the power flowing is non-negotiable for electrifying this industry. Cold chains, mixed vehicle types, and a nonstop delivery schedule makes the shift much more complex than just plugging in trucks. But it's also one of the most exciting challenges of the transition to #electric. Check out my latest Charging Up blog on why the F&B industry is so critical to get right - and make sure to come find MN8 at this year's #ACTExpo, where we're sponsoring a panel with some amazing fleet leaders already making the switch.

From tight spaces and power constraints to leasing limitations and budget gaps, many fleet operators are facing similar major hurdles when it comes to reliably charging vehicles. That’s why shared offsite charging depots are on the rise – purpose-built hubs that deliver reliable, scalable and cost-effective charging without the challenge of owning and operating infrastructure alone. In our latest Charging Up Blog, Michael Miller dives into how an offsite depot model helps create future-proof fleets across key freight corridors. Ready to rethink your fleet’s charging roadmap? First stop – catching up on Charging Up with our post below: #electrification #electricvehicles
