This week at Internxt we’ve experienced one of those moments that reminds you why you love what you do 🥰 Between work, photos, the boat, meals, bingo, paintball… we’ve had the chance to share the same space for a few days, put faces to names, and build that kind of trust that’s hard to achieve through a screen. Organizing something like this hasn’t been easy, but seeing people from the same team sitting together for the first time, hearing laughter, receiving positive feedback and constant appreciation… makes it all worth it. Thank you to everyone who came: those who traveled a long way to be here, those who were joining for the first time, those who aren’t big fans of the office but still made the effort, those who are used to coming, and those who were excited to meet and share (And to those who couldn’t make it, you were missed) For me, being part of a company that truly puts people first is something special. It makes you want to care about every detail, understand the unique value each person brings, and feel that we’re all building Internxt’s growth in our own way. And in the end, that’s what really makes everything meaningful. Thank you, from the heart 💙
