Hotels are still leaving money on the table after the booking is made. Not because they lack demand. But because one of the most valuable moments in the guest journey is still underused: the time between booking and arrival. That was the message I shared at the #TDMGlobalSummit Bangkok 2026, where hotel leaders, travel tech companies, OTAs, airlines and decision-makers came together to discuss the future of our industry. Hotelverse was proud to support the event as a sponsor. Every hotel assigns rooms every day. But most hotels still do not ask the guest which room they prefer. And they do not monetize that preference. At Hotelverse, we believe this is one of the clearest revenue opportunities in hospitality. With a Digital Twin, guests can explore the hotel before arrival, choose their exact room, select attributes, bid for upgrades and add services. For the hotel, this means higher revenue per booking, stronger differentiation of the direct channel and a better guest experience. The opportunity is not only selling the room. It is helping the guest personalize the stay and allowing the hotel to capture that value. A strong addition was the hospitality panel on sustainable connectivity, with Craig Bond, Marisa Sukosol Nunbhakdi, Michael Marshall and Nick Downing. A clear signal that hotel leaders are rethinking how technology connects operations, guest experience and long-term value. Thank you to Gary Marshall and the Travel Daily Media - TDM team for a very well-organized summit and a highly relevant audience. A special thank you also to Amari Bangkok for the excellent hospitality. #Hotelverse #HospitalityTech #HotelRevenue #GuestExperience #TDMGlobalSummitBangkok2026 #TravelTech #Hotelier #DigitalTransformation

  • We’re excited to be featured in Travel Daily Media - TDM #Asia, sharing Hotelverse vision on the future of hotel booking 🚀 As highlighted in the interview, the industry is moving from selling generic room categories to 𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐞𝐱𝐚𝐜𝐭 𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦, empowering guests with more control and confidence in their booking decisions. At Hotelverse, we’re proud to be at the forefront of this shift, enabling hotels to: ✔️ Deliver immersive 3D experiences where guests can explore and choose their exact room ✔️ Unlock new revenue streams through room-level pricing and personalization ✔️ Turn the booking journey into a more emotional and engaging experience This evolution not only improves guest satisfaction but also drives higher conversion and value for hotels, as travelers are increasingly willing to pay for what truly matters to them. A big thank you to Travel Daily Media - TDM, Gary Marshall for the opportunity to share our perspective! Great job Hans Müller #HotelTech #Innovation #Hospitality #Personalization #RevenueManagement https://lnkd.in/eW6Cb9VW

Last Thursday, our colleague Fermín Carmona Fernández represented Hotelverse at the 𝟭𝘀𝘁 𝗔𝗜 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁 🚀 a standout event bringing together hospitality professionals to explore how 𝗔𝗜 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆. Hosted at 𝗖𝗮𝘀𝗮 𝗘𝘀𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, the day kicked off with a powerful idea: 𝗔𝗜 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗹𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗵𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗹𝘀, but it’s not always being used with the 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵 that today’s operations require. Enrique Dans set the tone by shifting the focus beyond chatbots toward the real impact AI is having on 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝗴𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, and 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗯𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. From there, the conversation turned practical 💡 Real use cases and an engaging panel discussion featuring Toni Conde (Prinsotel Hoteles), Christian Calvo Hernández (FERGUS Hotels), Jorge Guimerá (Universal Beach Hotels), and Antonio Balaguer Montaner (MarSenses Corporate), expertly moderated by Manuel Molina Espinosa (Hosteltur), brought valuable insights from across the sector. The event continued with a live 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 🔧 opening up the technology in real time and an interactive quiz 🎯 that tested knowledge and perceptions around key topics like 𝗖𝗗𝗣𝘀, 𝗼𝗺𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗹 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗲𝘀, and 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. We closed the day with a shared conclusion: in hospitality, the conversation around 𝗔𝗜 is no longer about if you use it, but 𝗵𝗼𝘄 and 𝘄𝗵𝘆. Proud to be part of the conversation shaping the 𝗳𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 🌍 Organized by Paraty Tech with the collaboration of Fideltour Hotelverse Scalapay

  • 🔎 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗕𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱 Hotelverse — 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝟯 We close (for now) this series with Fermín Carmona Fernández and Rafael Bover by reflecting on milestones, lessons from building, and what lies ahead. A few thoughts that capture the journey so far 👇 — 𝗘𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁 of investors, clients, team, and advisors has been fundamental. Trust is not given; it’s built, step by step. 🤝 — The most important challenge has been finding the 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗸 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆. Moving fast, while building something that truly lasts. ⚖️ — Thinking big has helped us more than anything. 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸 𝗯𝗶𝗴, even when the path is uncertain. 🚀 — And the most exciting part: 𝘄𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗴𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗱. There are still many things to discover… and we’ll probably surprise ourselves when they happen. ✨ Complete series ➡️ 🎥 Episode 3: https://lnkd.in/eMD6mScs 🎥 Episode 1: https://lnkd.in/e8RPZ4gv 🎥 Episode 2: https://lnkd.in/ebgkNdCi This is not the end of the story, just the beginning of what’s next. Let’s keep building. #Hotelverse #Startups #Entrepreneurship #Leadership #Innovation

  • Forbes has recently highlighted a powerful insight in its #UpDown section: travellers are willing to pay an average of 𝗘𝘂𝗿𝗼 𝟭𝟮𝟵💸 to personalise their stay and choose their exact room, based on recent data from Hotelverse. This is more than just a number 📊. It clearly reflects a growing shift in traveller expectations: guests no longer want to be assigned a room, 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 ✨ At Hotelverse, we see this as a 𝗺𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 🚀 for the industry. By enabling hotels to offer immersive, room-level selection through digital twins, we are unlocking a 𝗻𝗲𝘄, 𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘂𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺 💰, one that enhances both guest satisfaction and hotel profitability. At the same time, being featured by #ForbesTravel 🏆 reinforces something equally important: the 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 🤝 that Hotelverse is building within the global hospitality ecosystem. Recognition from leading industry media validates not only the strength of our technology but also the relevance of our vision. The future of hospitality is 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱, 𝗶𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗴𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁-𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰 🌍 and it’s already happening. #Hotelverse #HospitalityInnovation #AncillaryRevenue #TravelTech #GuestExperience #DigitalTransformation #Forbes

  • 🔎 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗕𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗛𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗹𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲 — 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝟮 After sharing the first chapter, today we go one step deeper into what’s really behind Hotelverse. This second conversation between Fermín Carmona Fernández and Rafael Bover surfaces a few ideas that truly change the game 👇 🧵 We’re witnessing a 𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗿 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, where 𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘻𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 is no longer a “nice-to-have” but the core. 🎯 It’s not about 𝘦𝘹𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 more from the consumer, but about 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹. Letting them choose, for real. 💲And when you see that some guests are willing to pay 𝗨𝗦$𝟭𝟱𝟬–𝟮𝟬𝟬 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗮 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰 𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺 𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗯𝘂𝘁𝗲… you realize this isn’t a trend — it’s a true milestone. 💡 Because in the end, it’s not about selling more. It’s about 𝗦𝗘𝗟𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗕𝗘𝗧𝗧𝗘𝗥 — and, above all, 𝘤𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘭 𝘷𝘢𝘭𝘶𝘦 for the customer. ✨ 🎥 Episode 2: https://lnkd.in/ebgkNdCi 🎥 Episode 1: https://lnkd.in/e8RPZ4gv 🎥 Episode 3: https://lnkd.in/eMD6mScsotelverse #TravelTech #Personalization #CustomerExperience #Innovation
