Members of our team recently took part in the AudioMasters Benefit Golf Tournament alongside friends, partners, and peers from across the audio community. The event raises support for the Nashville Engineer Relief Fund (NERF), which assists members of Nashville’s engineering community and their families when unexpected challenges arise. Events like this are a reminder of the importance of relationships, support, and showing up for one another when it matters most. We’re grateful to be part of a community that continues to invest in and care for the people behind the scenes, and proud to support organizations and events that make a meaningful impact.

The crew traded black tees for black tie at this year’s Met Gala, supporting an incredible night that included performances from Stevie Nicks and Sabrina Carpenter. We were proud to provide audio support for the event alongside an outstanding production team, helping deliver a seamless evening inside one of the world’s most recognizable cultural events.

Our team delivered complete audio and communications systems for the Opening Ceremony of the Open Masters Games Abu Dhabi 2026. Working in close partnership with the client, creative team, and music director, we supported a vision that traced the story of the Original and Modern Athlete throughout the ceremony. An immersive audio design guided the audience’s attention across the stadium, reinforcing key moments as they unfolded. Alongside this, a fully redundant communications network kept show callers, technical crews, mass cast, HLT, and all departments aligned and connected for the duration of the ceremony operations Thanks to everyone involved for creating a seamless and memorable ceremony.

AC/DC recently wrapped the South American leg of their PWR/UP Tour, bringing their iconic catalog to massive crowds across the continent. The tour will head to North America this summer.  Thank you to all the crew who made it happen. Clair Data Services (CDS) is a testament to Clair’s commitment to delivering exceptional experiences. This month, the Clair Global Archives looks at how Clair’s team of problem solvers paved the way for a critical service that transcends audio. In 1994, Roy Clair and Ron Borthwick were awarded a patent for an Enhanced Concert Audio System. Branded Concert Sonics, it enhanced the fan experience by delivering supplemental audio to listeners' headphones via FM transmission to custom receivers. While costs and logistics were prohibitive, the technology performed well when tested at select shows, including U2’s PopMart. By 2010, concertgoers could supply their own receivers - smartphones. That year, Jim Meyer applied for, and later received, a patent for a delay-finding algorithm that optimized the experience at every location in the venue. Concert Sonics relaunched as Aermonix under Andrea Shirk (current CEO of Rock Lititz), utilizing Wi-Fi to transmit encoded audio to a proprietary app. Despite limitations of early smartphone technology, Clair’s team made major improvements to high-density Wi-Fi and supporting high-speed networks, which quickly became critical to live events. Harry Witz, whose Chicago-based dB Sound was acquired in 2008, was tasked with further developing Clair’s networking brand. Witz and his team advanced connectivity solutions like powering transactions, facilitating access control, and delivering internet for production teams. Experience with large-scale system deployment, gained from 50+ years of touring and production, proved a major advantage. The big break came in 2015, when a major festival hired Clair to provide Wi-Fi for its VIP lounge. After the festival's primary network provider experienced a system failure, the CDS team reconfigured its setup to support site-wide critical services like point of sale. Since then, Clair has delivered solutions that optimize workflows and enable seamless communication across the world’s top events. Since Safari Solutions joined in 2025, CDS and Safari have seen strong momentum across live entertainment, including major sports projects in championship auto racing and international golf competitions.

ATK provided audio coverage and comms for the Fanatics Flag Football Classic at BMO Stadium, which brought together pro players, global athletes, and Team USA Football for a fast-moving, first-of-its-kind competition. On-field suites provided fans with an excellent view of the games and required audio coverage that was consistent without getting in the way. Thanks to the crew who made it happen.

Really proud of our team at Clair Global Integration for helping bring Hard Rock International’s first Canadian property to life, the brand-new Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Ottawa. We worked in collaboration with Branch Audio Visual, NV5, and Sceno Plus to deliver a fully integrated audio, video, and lighting system across the entire property, complete with custom fabrication and rigging. At the heart of it all is Hard Rock Live, a proper 2,200-capacity touring-standard venue. From the casino floor to every performance space, everything was designed to feel consistent, flexible, and easy for the crew to run day in and day out. Opening week kicked off in style with shows from Avril Lavigne, David Foster, and Katharine McPhee - proving right away that this room can handle big touring productions and more intimate performances with equal ease. Huge shoutout to everyone involved. This was a true team effort focused on building something reliable that serves both the guests and the people who operate it every single day.

Our Nashville team recently took advantage of some beautiful weather to spend time together enjoying good food, a bit of competitive ping-pong, and great company. It was the perfect chance for the team to spend some time together outside of the usual pace of the shop. We're grateful for the Nashville crew and the community they’ve built! Moments like these are a reminder that the strength of what we do comes from the people behind it.
