We are saddened to learn of the passing of Joyce Luna, a former billups employee, friend, and colleague. Joyce was an instrumental part of billups during its early years. She helped shape not only the business but also the culture and relationships that became its foundation. A true professional with a remarkable work ethic and reputation, Joyce was steady, dependable, and deeply respected by all who had the privilege of working alongside her. Her warmth, kindness, and ability to connect with others left a lasting impression. She had a way of making people feel seen, supported, and valued, bringing both strength and heart to our team. Beyond her professional impact, Joyce’s greatest joy was her deep love for her family and her children of whom she spoke often with immense pride. The relationships Joyce built and the contributions she made continue to be remembered with gratitude. Our thoughts are with her family, friends, and all who knew and loved her.
