We advised four Chinese technology companies - Guangdong Huayan Robotics (SEHK: 1021), Jiangsu New Vision Automotive Electronics (SEHK: 2632), Nsing Technologies (SEHK: 2701), and Zhejiang Galaxis Technology Group (SEHK: 2729) - on international sanctions, export controls, tariffs, and U.S. outbound investment regulations in connection with their H-share listings on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. These transactions span the robotics, automotive electronics, and semiconductor sectors, where regulatory complexity continues to evolve. Across each transaction, our team provided strategic advice on compliance with the U.S. Outbound Investment Security Program, evolving sanctions regimes, export control frameworks, and tariff considerations.
