• #3488459: Turbo: Reduce or eliminate FOUC due to stylesheets being merged in and removed
• Further refinements to progress bar:
  • Now displays an empty area for contrast against content below.

• Ajax dialogs should now be openable a subsequent time; this was due to LoadJS throwing an error when we tried to add CSS that was already on the page.
• Various fixes and adjustments to the additive aggregation logic to be more reliable.
• Various formatting and commenting fixes and improvements.
• Gin sidebar should no longer transition side to side unnecessarily on Turbo visits.
• Added Promise-based stack to delay Turbo rendering if needed, e.g. for page transitions.

This is the first and only planned release of the 8.x-1.x branch. It has been updated to work with Drupal core 10.1 and PHP 8.1, along with multiple issues fixed and code quality improvements.

Initial alpha release of the RefreshLess module.
