Moments from OMBOLDs annual street football tournament last week ⚽️ A day where companies, ambassador teams, and volunteers came together to play and support players from Denmark's homeless national team, who will represent the country at the Homeless World Cup in Mexico. OMBOLD, a Danish sports community for people in vulnerable life situations, has engaged over 20,000 people since 2003. Being at the tournament was another chance to witness first-hand the positive impact sports have on people, and the communities and relations it creates. A day to remember 📸. Photos by Simon Kammer

Ali Sillah couldn't find a space in the Bronx where his community could play soccer, so he built one. What started as a single tournament near Yankee Stadium is now BAMBA Sports, home of African soccer in New York City. No budgets, just a call going out to every talented player who never had a proper stage. In his words: "It is not just kicking the ball. There is a whole kingdom behind it."
