Your engagement, insightful questions and open conversations made this one of our most rewarding trade fairs yet. We were especially pleased by the strong interest in our latest robotic technologies. We had a steady stream of people at the stand all week, and it was clear how many of you share our view that automation and robotics are central to making wind industry more efficient and cost-effective. Meeting existing partners and making new connections in person reminded us how much we value working together across the wind industry. We look forward to following up on the many conversations we started in Hamburg and turning ideas into solutions. One year without workplace accidents at Ventherm 😀 We are proud to mark an important milestone at Ventherm: more than one full year without a workplace accident. Safety is not something we take for granted. It is the result of the attention, responsibility, and commitment shown every day across our organization – from production and installation to our offices and projects. A safe workplace is something we create together. It requires us to look out for ourselves, look out for each other, speak up when something can be improved, and keep safety in mind in everything we do. A big thank you to all our colleagues for contributing to a strong safety culture at Ventherm. And of course, an achievement like this deserves to be celebrated – with a true classic from Funen: Brunsviger! 🎉 Today, we are celebrating Christoffer Storm’s 20-year anniversary at Ventherm! Twenty years is a very special milestone, and one we are proud to celebrate together with Christoffer. Over the past two decades, he has been a loyal and highly valued colleague whose dedication, expertise, and commitment have made a significant contribution to Ventherm. Christoffer joined Ventherm in August 2006 as a Project Manager. Today, he is our Chief Engineer, where his extensive technical knowledge and many years of experience play a key role in the development and execution of our projects. More recently, Christoffer has also become involved in our Sales Department, where his broad knowledge and deep understanding of our solutions bring great value to both customers and colleagues. Three words that describe Christoffer: 🎯 Perfectionist – he never compromises on quality and has an eye for even the smallest details. 🤝 Helpful – always willing to share his extensive knowledge and support colleagues across the organization. 📚 Expertise – with his broad experience and technical insight, Christoffer is a valuable source of knowledge and a trusted sparring partner across almost every department. Employee Spotlight – Daniel K. K. Strauss 😀 At Ventherm, we know that our people make the difference. That's why, every month, we will introduce one of the individuals who helps create our solutions every day – both as a colleague and as a person. This month, we're introducing Daniel Strauss, who has been part of Ventherm since December 2017. In his day-to-day role, Daniel works as a Project Manager, helping ensure that our projects are successfully delivered from start to finish. But when the workday ends, he doesn't necessarily put his feet up. For nearly 20 years, Daniel has volunteered with the Muscular Dystrophy Foundation (Muskelsvindfonden) during the Grøn Koncert tour, spending part of his summer holiday each year helping create the framework for Denmark's largest one-day music festival. How did it all begin? "I didn't actually know anyone with muscular dystrophy when I started. I was volunteering through the labour movement and joined Grøn Koncert as part of LO's Youth Job Patrol. The atmosphere, the sense of community, and the purpose made such a strong impression on me that I packed my bag and joined the rest of the tour. The following year, I became a volunteer with the Muscular Dystrophy Foundation, and I've been back every single year since." What motivates you to keep going? "It's a cause I truly believe in. Everyone deserves the same opportunities and the same dignity. At the same time, I've built an amazing network and made many great friends through my volunteer work. It has helped me grow both personally and as a human being." What does Daniel do at Grøn Koncert? During his first many years, Daniel worked on setting up the festival grounds and entrance areas. Today, he is part of the materials and logistics team, where he operates a telehandler, delivers equipment, builds temporary solutions, and helps ensure the festival runs smoothly whenever unexpected challenges arise. We are proud to have employees who not only dedicate themselves to their work but also invest their time and energy in making a positive difference for others. We are pleased to announce that Ventherm A/S has been awarded a new project for Bandak NCT AS Bandak NCT in Notodden, Norway. Bandak NCT is a leading supplier of advanced surface treatment solutions for the defense, aerospace, and industrial sectors, and we are proud to have been selected as a partner for this project. The scope of supply includes a complete paint facility featuring one double spray/dry booth with associated mixing room and paint storage, two single spray/dry booths with associated mixing rooms, and an electric curing oven. The project is currently in production, with installation scheduled to begin this autumn. Commissioning and handover are expected to be completed within the year. The new facility will support Bandak NCT's continued focus on quality, efficiency, and safe operations by increasing production capacity, improving process quality, reducing energy consumption, and creating an even safer working environment. We would like to thank Bandak NCT and CEO Joar Ajer for their trust in Ventherm.
