    I am excited to announce that I will be speaking at ITB Berlin 2026, the world's leading travel trade show. The timing is incredible. 🤯 Just yesterday, Italian regulators (AGCM) fined a legacy OTA €9 million, exposing exactly why our industry is at a crossroads. (Case link in the comments). The investigation didn't just find "bad ads." It found a business model built on "Reverse Psychology", showing higher prices to subscribers than to new users, blocking them from unsubscribing during a free trial period during 48 hours after the subscription and others. This is the "Black Box" era of travel. Using technology to just extract value from the user. At Tryp.com, we are building the "Glass Box" era. We believe AI should be an Agent, not a Trap.
