He joined Rovsing to support and assist the management and business department. Henry Chou is studying a MSc in Electrical Engineering at DTU, following the Space Technology study line. He joined Rovsing to support the hardware team with various tasks such as the design and testing of our PCBs. Rovsing is closing the year on a very good note, we successfully completed the delivery of four SCOE racks to Thales Alenia Space Italy for the Galileo Second Generation (G2G) project. 🌍🛰️ The shipment of almost 2 tons includes the fourth and fifth sets of Umbilical SCOE and the second set of SAS SCOE. Rovsing has earlier this week shipped 150 kg of equipment to NASA-JPL in support of their contributions to the ESA EnVision mission. The delivery included among other equipment some 𝐏𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫 𝐅𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐭 𝐄𝐧𝐝 (𝐏𝐅𝐄) units with Latching Current Limiters (LCL) designed to condition and distribute electrical power to critical systems, and 𝐋𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐍𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 (𝐋𝐈𝐒𝐍) unit that provides a controlled impedance and measurement point for power lines. Rovsing has today kicked off a contract with a major U.S. based Aerospace Prime Contractor for the delivery of the first batch of our next generation of Second Level Protection (SLP) modules, capable of 200 Amperes. The new generation SLP200A represents a breakthrough in spacecraft bus power protection technology, offering impressive performance, features and reliability. The SLP200A is capable of interrupting 200 amperes of current at a 300-volt potential in under 100 microseconds for both source & sink, ensuring superior safety and performance in demanding spacecraft testing applications. The development of the SLP200A showcases our commitment to delivering cutting-edge solutions that meet high aerospace industry standards and needs. The delivery is expected to be completed by mid-2026.
