Introducing a new product to the OXYMAT portfolio: The Nitrogen Purifier We are expanding our product range with the launch of our new Nitrogen Purifier, designed to extend the lifecycle of existing PSA installations and enable ultra‑high‑purity nitrogen production. The purifier allows customers with current PSA systems to access high purity applications, such as laser cutting, without replacing their existing equipment. It is an efficient solution for both retrofit projects and new installations where higher purity is required without adding unnecessary system complexity. By integrating the OXYMAT Nitrogen Purifier NH 20–400 into a nitrogen generation system, residual oxygen is removed through the controlled injection of a small amount of hydrogen. This process enables nitrogen purity levels of up to 99.9999%. A practical, high‑performance upgrade for industries requiring reliable, ultra‑pure nitrogen. A new frame built oxygen solution with 100% redundancy has been delivered to a land based tilapia farm in West Africa. 🐟   The system is scalable, allowing additional capacity to be delivered as production increases. This is the first delivery out of three. Total capacity will reach 600 kg/h with 100% redundancy, meaning full backup capacity for continuous operation.   The system is built for reliable on site oxygen production where stable supply is essential for daily operation. Heavy duty frame design enables straightforward installation and dependable performance. It is built for continuous operation in demanding environments.   With on-site oxygen generation, the farm gains more control. It reduces logistics dependency. It strengthens operational resilience.
