AirPods Pro stuttering with MacBook Pro M2 streaming

When l am streaming shows on Netflix and Apple TV from my MBP M2 13" I get a stuttering /fluttering sounds in my AirPods Pro (randomly but repeatedly). I have tried switching the mic to be the MBP Mic - this does not change it, nor does changing the listening mode of the AirPods (noise reduction , transparency etc). This does not happen when I used my AirPods with my Bluetooth enabled TV or with my iPhone 12 mini. It does not happen on teams/zoom/google meet calls. I have forgotten the AirPods and reconnected them and am up to date with the latest software updates. I have cleaned the AirPods themselves.

I see there are a lot of issue regarding AirPods and MBP and noises - is this actually a MacOS problem? and if so will apple be addressing it or is there a fix I can do?
