Watch pop up notification glitch

Hi everyone,

my Apple Watch Ultra 2 suddenly started a couple of months ago with a glitch about notifications: usually when a notification came in with wrist down so with screen in standby, the notification popped up lighting up screen. Now the watch just sounds and the screen no longer lights up. It does if I raise my wrist. No settings that I changed: notification with wrist down etc all active. Also active as well tap to show full notification but usually screen lighted up showing notification and then I tapped to see the content. Thanks for anyone’s support about this curious malfunction.
