I keep needing to just stumble on Answers. I know that I’ve not Blocked them and I empty my Outlook for iOS Spam folder multiple times a day after scanning down thru them.
Make sure you have not disabled Notification emails by tapping your user icon in the upper right and choosing Preferences. Make sure Participations and Following are checked under Messages from Apple.
