My Apple Watch sensor left a burn on my skin

I have the Apple Watch and where the sensor is has left a burn on my skin has anyone else had this happen?

Certainly there are some users you have had allergic reactions to Nickel and Silicon in Watches, Phones, and Ear Buds, but I am no doctor and you certainly should not be getting medical opinions on the Internet for a determination of that or a burn. The best course of action is to contact Apple and also seek medical attention.
