How to change my profile name

The moderation team handles that. I will send them a note regarding your issue.

Emails from the mod team go to the email address associated with your Apple Account/Apple ID. If you have multiple addresses, be sure to check them all.

NOTE: Recent posts suggest that mods may put up a temporary "placeholder" name in the process of changing to the name you want. Don't expect an instant change.

If you find you already have one assigned by the hosts without consultation then it may be another community helper reported your wish to the hosts. In that case the hosts appear to randomly assign you one—which you may or may not like. Contacting the hosts directly by email with a few name suggestions means they may be able to directly give you one of those.

Getting a new community name is a bit of an exception so choose one that you like permanently.
