Am no expert in this area, yet your post to the community deserves some response. Below are a few suggestions toward a solution.

If needed: Resolve Wi-Fi and Bluetooth issues caused by wireless interference

)Eg: says: Wireless interference can cause Wi-Fi and Bluetooth devices to disconnect or perform poorly, but you can take steps to reduce or overcome this.)

Else: Wondering whether Apple support's article (link below) can help:

Set up AirPods with your Mac and other Bluetooth devices

Eg: says:

"Use AirPods with a non-Apple device

You can use AirPods as a Bluetooth headset with a non-Apple device. You can't use Siri, but you can listen and talk. To set up your AirPods with an Android phone or other non-Apple device:

  1. On your non-Apple device, go to the settings for Bluetooth and make sure that Bluetooth is turned on. If you have an Android device, go to Settings > Connections > Bluetooth.
  2. With your AirPods in the charging case, open the lid.
  3. Do the following, depending on your device:
    • For AirPods 4 (both models) and AirPods Pro 3, double-tap the front of the case until the status light flashes white.
    • For all other models, press and hold the setup button on the back of the case until the status light is flashing white.

4.When your AirPods appear in the list of Bluetooth devices, select them."

Note: Your TV may only connect to one bluetooth device at a time ... so if another accessory is connected (eg: soundbar / speakers) you may have to choose which to use ... eg: try the TV's "Sound" settings ...

When AirPods are connected ... the "Sound > Sound output" settings may need checking too ... ie: to select the AirPods.
