Developer Program enrollment stuck in “Pending” after payment (12 days, no response from Support)
Hello everyone,
I’m posting here to document my situation and hopefully get guidance, since my Apple Developer Program enrollment has been stuck in “Pending” for 12 days with no updates from Apple.
I enrolled as an individual and completed the 99 USD payment without issues.
I received the invoice and the order confirmation email, but my account still shows “Pending” and I cannot access any Developer Program features.
I also check my spam/junk folder daily and have not received any additional emails from Apple.
Here is what I have already done:
- Waited 12 days since payment (I understand verification sometimes takes longer outside the U.S., but others have reported similar delays).
- Opened two support tickets — no reply yet.
- Requested a Support call through the official form — also no response.
- Verified that there are no pending agreements in Apple Developer or App Store Connect.
- Confirmed that my Apple ID has two‑factor authentication enabled.
- Made sure the payment was done with the same Apple ID used for enrollment.
At this point I feel I have exhausted all the available channels, but I still have no progress and no communication from Apple.
Since this delay is blocking my work, I would really appreciate if someone from Apple could review my case or help escalate it.
