Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of busbar deployment projects within high-performance datacenter environments.

Responsible for ensuring excellence across safety, quality, cost, and schedule, while acting as the key interface between clients, engineering teams, subcontractors, and commissioning stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Delivery & Management:

• Lead busbar deployment scope from kick-off to final handover
• Project schedules
• Budgets and cost control
• Resource allocation
• Ensure delivery aligns with:
• Contractual requirements
• Client expectations
• Internal standards

Stakeholder Management & Coordination:

Act as the central point of coordination between

• Internal teams
• Subcontractors
• Engineering / BIM teams
• Manufacturers
• Clients & commissioning agents
• Organise and lead:
• Project meetings
• Progress reviews
• Technical coordination sessions

Site Execution & Supervision:

• Oversee on-site activities, including:
• Installation progress
• Quality of execution
• HSE compliance
• Support site teams in resolving operational challenges
• Ensure seamless alignment between design and execution

Commissioning & Handover:

• Coordinate commissioning activities with technical teams and agents
• Ensure readiness for testing and validation
• Lead final delivery, including:
• Documentation
• Client acceptance
• Project close-out

Skills & Experience

Technical Expertise

• Strong knowledge of LV/HV electrical distribution systems
• Good understanding of busbar systems
• Experience in datacenter environments
• Knowledge of installation, testing, and commissioning phases

Project Management:

• Proven experience managing complex infrastructure projects
• Strong planning, organisation, and stakeholder management skills

• Education: Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent
• Experience: 5+ years in project management
• Strong background in electrical infrastructure or datacenter projects
• Busbar experience is a significant advantage
• International project exposure preferred
