Job Offer: HSE Manager

Location: Würzburg, Germany

Mobilization: May 2026

Duration: 20 months, with possibility of extension

We are searching for an experienced HSE Manager for HV cables installation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Project Management Team in implementing HSE policies, training programs, and safe work practices.
  • Assist in the preparation of the HSE Plan and related documentation (HSE instructions and procedures).
  • Monitor the implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Plan.
  • Conduct safety inductions and other trainings.
  • Conduct regular safety meetings and site inspections.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
  • Conduct incident and accident investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
  • Update and maintain safety statistics.
  • Monitor the Permit to Work (PTW) system.
  • Coordinate and supervise a team of HSE Supervisors.

Job Requirements

  • Relevant HSE management qualifications.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience.
  • Proficiency in English and German (written and spoken).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
