Business Development Associate (m/f/d) – Field Service Management | B2B SaaS

Your Role
As a Business Development Associate at Tillerstack, you identify new market opportunities, build lasting relationships with enterprise prospects, and directly contribute to our commercial growth – with a clear path into BDM or Account Executive roles.
- Research and identify potential clients, markets and partnerships in construction, energy, rail and industrial services
- Generate leads through outbound outreach, LinkedIn, cold calling and industry events
- Develop compelling proposals, presentations and sales materials
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to ensure seamless client onboarding
- Track and report on pipeline activity and performance metrics in HubSpot / Salesforce
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development or a similar role
- Strong communicator – confident with senior stakeholders and C-level outreach
- Hands-on, structured and target-driven with a high ownership mindset
- Proficient in CRM tools (HubSpot / Salesforce) and Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English and German
Nice to have: Experience in SaaS, FSM or interest in AI drone technology
