I few thoughts & ideas, one week after AdriatiCON, our annual gathering of Salesforce community in the Adriatics. Fifteen years ago, Agilcon, Salesforce Partner Since 2010 started as a "CRM" company. Standing on stage at #AdriatiCON2025 last week, talking about AI agents and automation, it hit me how fast everything is changing, and how much we’ve learned along the way. In my keynote, I shared five lessons that we have learned from building AI solutions this year:  1️⃣ Build for what AI can do today, not for the hype.  → Stay realistic. Focus on narrow, reliable use cases that bring real value.   2️⃣ The secret to successful AI isn’t prompting — it’s architecture.  → Reliability comes from structure: guardrails, governance, and trusted data.   3️⃣ AI that doesn’t pay doesn’t stay.  → Start with ROI. If it doesn’t deliver measurable impact, it won’t last. 4️⃣  Demos inspire, but production delivers.  → Reliability is what turns innovation into business value. 5️⃣  AI success is built on organisation, not technology.  → Give every agent an owner, clear KPIs, and continuous improvement. It was a pleasure to speak at the women’s acceleration program “Brave (Vidvazhna) 3. Just returned from Lviv, where together with our team we held a series of meetings with local authorities, partners, and colleagues across the industry. The rhythm and atmosphere of the city are always inspiring. One of the key topics we discussed was the results of Uklon’s night service during curfew in Lviv, which we launched last November. Soon we will be marking a year since this became possible. In my op-ed for Ekonomichna Pravda (link in the comments), I shared reflections, interesting statistics, and conclusions on why it is important to scale this experience of operating the service at night in Lviv to other cities. A few numbers from 10 months of this successful experiment: Uklon partner drivers in Lviv completed 250,000 night trips during curfew. Unsurprisingly, the most frequent destination was the railway station. Nearly 2,000 rides were made to hospitals, veterinary clinics, and pharmacies. The average price of a night ride with Uklon was only 20% higher than the average daytime cost - debunking the myths about “sky-high” night prices. Our experience in Lviv has proven that night rides across the city can be legal, transparent, and safe. It is time to return this accessibility and trust to the people of Kyiv and the guests of the capital.

By 2028, 70% of customer support interactions will start and finish with third-party conversational AI assistants built into customers’ mobile devices. That’s why we should keep the middle ground more attentively: technology on one side, human empathy on the other. This point stuck with me after hearing Valentyna Yarosh, CEO of Getworker, speak. For decades, the industry has been talking about moving from “selling people” to solving problems - and only now we are really starting to see it in action. A very precise point from Dmitry Karpovich (Oxagile).⁣ ⁣ This Saturday in Warsaw, the BelTech conference, organized by Beltech - Belarusian Business in Poland and Europe, took place. During the panel discussion, the focus was on the transformation of the service business. Every perspective hit the mark for me. Let me share a few takeaways.⁣ ⁣ AI was front and centre. Sergey Galuza (IZDAT) gave specifics: developers are already 20–30% more efficient thanks to new tools, and the upside could be much greater. I see the same driver for the coming years, and our own experience echoes what Sergey said.⁣ ⁣ The client’s perspective is no less important. As Olga Orekhvo (CompatibL) noted, clients are no longer buying resources - they want transparency, guarantees, and a clear understanding of the problem you solve. That’s what should shape the approach of service companies.⁣ ⁣ Growth was another strong theme. Vasili Yavarchuk (Wizart) reminded us that services scale through people, while products scale differently and faster. Here I see a challenge for the whole market: how to build product logic into the service model.⁣ ⁣ And finally, an important warning from Siarhei Zhuk (EPAM Systems): the “body shop” model has no future if it doesn’t create real value. A good marker - as an industry, we should keep it in focus.⁣ ⁣ For me, this discussion was proof that we are all moving towards AI-native business, more transparency, and a sharper focus on client value.
